LCD TVs are the top durable consumer goods

TOBB Turkey Durable Consumer Goods Council President Şirzat Subaşı stated that according to the sales figures in the sector, LCD TVs are the number one selling durable consumer goods, having sold 2 million units in the last year while the second largest increase is in dishwashers.​ ​

TOBB’s International Overland Transportation Statistics announced

According to Journey Authorization Permits and TIR Carnet Issued Statistics by TOBB, during the May of 2012, there has been a decrease in the number of Journey Authorization by 3.14% and an increase in the number of TIR Carnets issued by 2.02%.​ ​

Product Safety seminar held in Erzurum

Coordinated by TOBB and hosted by the Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the seminar regarding Market Monitoring and Supervision Law #4703, Applications and Exports Supervision took place at the Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and Industry on May 8th, 2012. The number of the newly established companies decreased by 10,03% in April 2012 with respect to previous month

The number of the newly established companies, sole proprietorships and cooperatives decreased by 10,03%, 1,24%, and 32,38% respectively according to the previous month.​ ​
