The number of newly established companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 1,02%, 8,65% and 2,69% respectively, according to the previous month.​

The İstanbul Arbitration Center (İTM) General Assembly convened under Dr. Vahdettin Ertaş and the TOBB Service Building. The elections for the full members and substitute members of the Board of Directors were held. TOBB Representative Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı was elected as İTM Board Chair.,​

TOBB Board Vice President Halim Mete attended the Senegal Economy Forum held at the Marmara by the Senegal Ankara Embassy which was also attended by Senegalese President Macky Sall and the delegation accompanying him on his state visit to Turkey as part of the centenary of the Battle of Çanakkale.​

Coordinated by TOBB, Turkey’s prominent construction companies and other investors met with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin in İstanbul for a business meeting.​

The number of newly established companies and sole proprietorships increased by 10,79% and 7,19% respectively, while cooperatives saw no change according to the previous month.​

Russian Federation Penza Region Governor Vasiliy Bochkarev visited TOBB. TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz hosted Bochkarev during the visit wherein they discussed bilateral cooperation opportunities.​

TOBB Board Member Salih Zeki Murzioğlu attended the International University-Industry Cooperation Conference held as a part of the Project to Increase the Adaptability of SME Employee and Employers in the Global Economy (KUYAP) on the 7th and 8th of April, 2015, hosted by the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO) and supported by the May Nineteenth University (OMÜ) at the Samsun Sheraton.​
