The opening speech at the seminar was carried out by Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, Head of TOBB Real Sector R&D and Application Department, while the KVKK and VERBİS panel were attended by Mustafa Erbilli, Head of Data Management Department of the Personal Data Protection Authority, İbrahim Nihat Bayar, TOBB First Legal Counsel, and Cahit Ceren, Director of SME Research and Consulting Center.

In the seminar, information about the obligations of SMEs in the context the Personal Data Protection Act and the obligations of SMEs was presented, and the VERBÄ°S record for real and legal persons with a total of more than 50 personnel or an annual financial balance sheet is more than TL 25 million with a final registration date of 30/09/2020 was explained with relevant screenshots.

After the panel, SMEs had their questions answered live on air.
