The meeting was attended by the Vice President of Medical Devices and Cosmetic Products at the Turkish Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Association, Prof. Dr. Tolga Karakan, Head of Cosmetic Inspection Department Sibel Gürer, Cosmetic Products Department Head Yücel Dener, Medical Device Approved Organization and Clinical Research Department Head Dr. Asım Hocaoğlu and colleagues, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization EED, General Directorate of Permits and Supervision Branch Manager Kaan Moralı and his team.

TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay, conveyed TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu's greetings, stating that throughout the pandemic close monitoring is being maintained of every problem of the cosmetics and cleaning products sector, which is of great importance for public health.

Council President Ahmet Pura, answering public administration representatives’ questions regarding agenda items responded to the questions of the members and expressed satisfaction that they will always be working together to solve the problems. In addition, the meeting discussed the issue of installment restrictions in cosmetics causing difficulties for the sector and noted the importance of ensuring its follow-up with the relevant institutions.
