TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department Head A. Saygın Baban, Turkey Waste and Recycling Industry Council Presidential Council, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Audit General Manager Mehrali Ecer, Deputy General Manager of Environmental Management Recep Akdeniz and Ministry bureaucrats attended the meeting wherein topics such as Packaging Waste Control Regulation, Zero Waste Regulation, Regulation on Control of Industrial Air Pollution, deposit system were discussed extensively.

At the meeting, which also discussed short, medium and long-term targets for the waste sector, it was decided to carry out a joint study on the determination of sector-based facility criteria.
