Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity and stated that there is unity in Ardeşen. The TOBB President said, “May Allah preserve this unity and solidarity. You will move forward as you come together, put your personal ambitions behind you and give service priority. We already see this in Ardeşen.”

Stating that they are Turkey’s most democratic institution, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We're appointed through elections. These positions of authority are for giving, not taking. I have been keeping track of my brother İsmail for a year, his team, the administration, the council works in a way that exalts Ardesen and our country.”
