Founding protocol of the Building Research Center signed

The founding protocol of the Building Research Center was signed by Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Murat Kurum and President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​
TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum and his delegation at the TOBB Twin Towers.
During the meeting, which addressed the challenges, demands, and proposed solutions of various sectors in the #COP31 process to be hosted by Türkiye, Minister Kurum and TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu also signed the founding protocol of the Building Research Center.
The Building Research Center, to be established in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change's General Directorate of Professional Services, aims to conduct testing, analysis, and suitability assessment processes for innovative building materials in Türkiye that are currently performed abroad.
It will also carry out research and development activities related to innovative products in the field of building materials.
