M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), was awarded the “Order of Friendship” for his contributions to Türkiye - Tatarstan economic relations.​​

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated, “I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Rüstem Minnihanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, for honoring me with the ‘Friendship Medal’ in recognition of our contributions to Türkiye - Tatarstan economic relations.”
