Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), hosted Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu, Rector of Ardahan University, and his wife, Dr. Tuğba Mert Emiroğlu, a faculty member in the Department of Nursing at Ardahan University who served for many years as the Head Nurse for Quality and Education at the TOBB ETÜ Hospital, at his office. ​
