In his message, Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed the following views:

“We celebrate with great pride and joy the anniversary of the victorious Battle of the Supreme Commander’s Headquarters, one of the greatest turning points in our glorious history, forged through faith, determination, and resolve despite immense odds.

As Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk once said, our very essence is shaped by the principle of peace at home and in the world.

However, history has proven time and again that when faced with those who covet our independence and our lands, we stand as one, fearing nothing. The Victory of August 30^th is among the most important and meaningful of these proofs.

As representatives of the Turkish business community, we are fully aware of our goal and our debt to our forefathers. We will continue to work with all our might to grow our country’s economy, increase employment, and keep production and the appetite for investment alive at all times.

With these feelings and thoughts, I commemorate with compassion, gratitude, and appreciation all our martyrs and veterans who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, foremost among them Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the chief architect of this great victory, and his comrades-in-arms. May our August 30 Victory Day be blessed.”
