Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his message regarding the explosions in Reyhanlı county of Hatay:

“This grievous incident in which 46 citizens lost their lives in the explosions in Hatay’s Reyhanlı county brings sorrowful news for all humanity.

I vehemently condemn those who, in this tumultuous time for us, those who aim to damage Turkey’s stability and spread fear in society.

Nothing can be solved through violence. Those who hope to benefit from violence can have no connection to the values of humanity. The perpetrators of these horrendous attacks should know that acts of terror and violence which trample the honor of humanity can never be a means to an end.

On behalf of the Turkish business world, I pray for the grace of Allah upon those who lost their lives in this heinous attack, and present our condolences to their loved ones and our great nation; we hope for the rapid recovery of the wounded.”
