Expiration of vehicles inspection authorization documents due to ending inspection periods postponed

Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure General Directorate of Regulation of Transport Services has postponed the expiry of vehicle inspection authorization documents due to ending inspection periods as of March 11th. The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his tweet on the issue, drew attention to the demands of the chambers and exchanges on the subject.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu wrote, in regards to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the General Directorate of Regulation of Transportation Services’ statement:

“In accordance with the demand from chambers and exchanges, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure General Directorate of Regulation of Transport Services has postponed the expiry of vehicle inspection authorization documents due to ending inspection periods of vehicles such as TIRs and trucks engaged in commercial activities, as of March 11th.
