Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), welcomed Ambassador Yaprak Balkan, who has been appointed as Türkiye’s Permanent Representative to the European Union, at the TOBB Twin Towers. During the meeting, Türkiye-EU relations were discussed. ​
