The Presidential Council of the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES), Vice Chaired by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), convened via video conference.​

It was decided during the meeting to establish the Enlargement Neighborhood Policy Committee.
