Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Automotive Trade Council meeting was held as a hybrid under the chairmanship of Council President Yüksel Mermer with the participation of TOBB Board Member Mahmut Özgener.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Patent and Trademark Attorneys Council met under the chairmanship of Council President Kemal Yamankaradeniz and with the participation of TOBB Board Member Hakan Ülken.​

During the first four months of the year 2022 the number of newly established Companies and the number of cooperatives increased by 6,3% and 11,1% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 18,5% with respect to the same period of the year 2021.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) The first meeting of the International Contracting Services Council of Turkey after the election, the planning of a Workshop on “The Situation of the Housing Sector, Future Expectations, Problems Encountered and Solution Proposals” under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Hakan Ülken, “Domestic Contracting Sector Situation Assessment” and “Evaluation of the Effects of the Russian-Ukrainian War on Overseas Contracting Services and Potential Risks” agendas was carried out with.​

In cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, an Information Webinar on Preparing Geomarker and Traditional Product Name Application was held.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Forest Products Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Haluk Yıldız with the participation of TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan A. Sadıkoğlu.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Retailing Council Meeting was held by video conference with the participation of high-level representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations under the chairmanship of Council President Alp Önder Özpamukçu with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay, who is responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Technology Meetings started at the TOBB Twin Towers Conference Hall under the auspices of TOBB in cooperation with the E-commerce Center and the Association of Women in Technology (Wtech).​

The 3221-Leather Fur Apparel and 3222-Ready-to-Wear Capacity Criteria Revision Workgroup Meeting was held online with the chambers that submitted their opinions on the revision study.​
