Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The number of newly established companies, the number of sole proprietorships and the number of cooperatives increased by 179,12% , 112,96% and 200,00% according to the previous month.​

With the organization of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Rural Development Supports Information Seminar for SMEs was held online with the participation of Dr. Osman Yıldız, Deputy General Manager of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and Dr. Muhammed Adak, Chairman of the TKDK, and Faik Yavuz, Member of the Board of Directors of TOBB. After the opening speeches and rural development support panel, the questions of SMEs were answered at the seminar.​

Ufuk2020 SME Support Information Seminar was held online with the participation of Ufuk Atay, Tubitak European Union Framework Programs Manager with the organization of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

“Balo Grand Anatolia Logistics Organizations Inc.'s 2018-2019 Ordinary General Assembly was chaired by Mehmet Büyüksimitçi, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

Trainings and webinars targeting corporate, technical and personal development were organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in the period January-June of 2020. In this process, 20,000 members, approximately 5,000 TOBB, Chamber-Commodity Exchange Employees accessed trainings and webinars.​

The third “Entrepreneurship Talks” was held by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) within the scope of the “Information Webinar for Entrepreneurs,” which is aimed exclusively at TOBB Women and Young Entrepreneurs.​

The fourth and last in the series of e-commerce trainings was held on “e-Export,” as part of, “Information Webinar for Entrepreneurs” planned by the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) for the members of the TOBB Women and Young Entrepreneurs Board.​

The Extraordinary Meeting of the Organization of Economic Cooperation (ECO CCI) Trade Facilitation Committee the General Secretariat of which conducted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) convened via video conference on July 6, 2020.​

In accordance with the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1,510 Domestic Property Certificates were approved by TOBB in June 2020.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in June 2020 increased by 36.6% (952 units) compared to to June 2019 (2,600 units) to 3,552 units.​
