Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Turkey Transportation and Logistics Coordination Council Meeting was held at TOBB. During the meeting attended by TOBB Board Vice President Tamer Kıran, Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Deputy Minister Selim Dursun, Turkey Transportation and Logistics Council Chair Ö. Çetin Nuhoğlu, issues in the coordination of the sector were discussed.​

TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç participated in the Opening Ceremony of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Carbon Markets Preparatory Partnership Project organized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Economy and Technology University School of Medicine Cardiovascular Surgery Department, having fulfilled of all the requirements for the international standards, has earned a certificate of compliance to Germany Hospitals and German and European standards by the Association of Medical Wellness.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Vice President Tamer Kıran attended the gala dinner hosted by Italian Chamber of Commerce Secretary General Fatih Aycin. ​

Expert Committee Meetings of the Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO CCI) were held on December 12-13, 2018, in Tashkent, hosted by Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry with TOBB’s secretariat.​

TOBB Board Vice President Tamer Kıran attended the reception of the National Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted by Bakir Sadovic, the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With TOBB among the sponsors the reception was attended by Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Ambassadors serving in Ankara and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Turkey. ​

The Tourism Conference held for the second time in Ankara through the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Mastercard cooperation, was held with the attendances of TOBB Board Member Davut Çetin, Culture and Tourism Ministry Promotion General Director Timuçin Güler and Mastercard Turkey and Azerbaijan General Director Yiğit Çağlayan.​

An information meeting was held in regards to the sanctions enacted against Iran by the US by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce.​

TOBB Turkey Automotive Trade Council convened under Yüksel Mermer with the attendances of Turkey Notaries Union officials and Environment and Urbanization Ministry representatives. ​

Turkey Plastics and Rubber Composites Industry Council convened under Council President Yavuz Eroğlu with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu. ​
