The second meeting of the Turkish Forest Products Council was held with the participation of high level representatives of the public, private sector and non-governmental organizations at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building under the chairmanship of the Council Chair Ahmet Kahraman.​

The Turkish Furniture Products Council meeting was held in Ankara to elect the Council Presidency under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şahin Bilgiç as well as to conduct a general evaluation of the sector.​

The Turkish Mining Council meeting was held in Ankara to elect the Council Presidency under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şahin Bilgiç as well as to conduct a general evaluation of the sector.​

47,262 people visited the SME Information Site in February of 2017. The number of visitors between March 2016 and February 2017 period (1 year) was 541,624.​

The Turkish Jewelry Industry Council convened in Ankara to elect the Presidential Council and conduct a general evaluation of the sector.​

Turkey Earthen Industry Products Council Meeting was held in Ankara to elect the Council Chairmanship, presided over by Hakan Ülken, Member of the TOBB Board of Directors, as well as evaluating the state of the sector.​

The Turkish Education Council meeting took place with Council Chair Yusuf Ekinci presiding at the TOBB Twin Towers with the participation of high level representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations as well as National Education Ministry Education and Training Board Chairman Alpaslan Durmuş and National Education Ministry Private Schools Department Chief Mehmet Baran.​

Under the auspices of the Turkish Minister for Food, Agriculture and Livestock Faruk Celik and Azerbaijan Agriculture Minister Haydar Asadov, the Azerbaijan-Turkey Agriculture Forum was held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. During the Forum, TOBB was represented by TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz.​

The first step of the Project for Establishing the National Database of the Digital Tachograph Device and Digital Tachograph Cards and the Certification of the Domestic Digital Tachographs was initiated by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Digital Tachograph Research and Application Center (STAUM).​
