Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Retail Council Meeting was held via video conference with the participation of TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay, who is responsible for the Council, and with the intense interest of high-level representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations under the chairmanship of Council President Alp Önder Özpamukçu.​

TOBB LPG Council President Gökhan Tezel, who stated that they started to work for the supply of products and equipment needed by earthquake victims and search and rescue teams immediately after the earthquake disaster, said that as the LPG sector, they focused on producing the fastest solution to meet the most basic needs of earthquake victims such as heating, cooking and lighting by immediately transferring the devices working with tank gas to meet the urgent energy needs of the earthquake region.​

Within the scope of the Entrepreneurial Competencies for a Green and Digital Transition Project (EntreComp4Transition), in which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and TOBB University of Economics and Technology are also involved, a “Partners' Meeting” was held at the Verona Chamber of Commerce in Italy.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Climatization Council Meeting was held at the TOBB İstanbul Service Building İbrahim Çağlar Hall under the chairmanship of Council President Zeki Poyraz with the participation of TOBB Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Selçuk Öztürk, who is responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Education Council Meeting was held at the İstanbul Service Building with the intense interest of high-level representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations under the chairmanship of Council Speaker Dr. Yusuf Ekinci.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Climatization Council Meeting was held at the TOBB İstanbul Service Building İbrahim Çağlar Hall under the chairmanship of Council President Zeki Poyraz with the participation of TOBB Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Selçuk Öztürk, who is responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Chemical Industry Council met with the participation of TOBB Vice Chairman Ayhan Zeytinoğlu under the chairmanship of Council Speaker Timur Erk.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Medical Council Meeting was held via video conference under the chairmanship of Council President Levent Mete Özgürbüz with the participation of TOBB Board Member Öztürk Oran.​

Pointing out that all stakeholders of the sector are working with devotion to provide uninterrupted fuel to the earthquake region, TOBB Petroleum and Petroleum Products Council President Ahmet Erdem informed that great efforts were made to eliminate the waste disposal problem in the stations due to the damages in the sewage networks.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Civil Aviation Council meeting was held at TOBB İstanbul Service Building under the chairmanship of Council President Teoman Tosun with the participation of TOBB Board of Directors member S. Selim Kandemir and General Director of Civil Aviation Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek.​
