Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The General Assembly of the Union of Turkic Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (Turkic CCI) was held in Astana. The General Assembly, hosted by Raimbek Batalov, President of the National Entrepreneurs' Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ATAMEKEN), who took over the Presidency of the Turkic CCI, was attended by Ali Kopuz, Vice President of the TOBB Board of Directors, representing TOBB.​

The Climate Control Council Student Meetings were held for high school students studying in the Plumbing Technology and Climate Control Department at Avcılar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, who receive scholarships the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) Türkiye Climate Control Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee convened for its first meeting of 2026 via video conference, chaired by TOBB Vice Chairman Tamer Kıran and attended by TIR Committee members.​

Hakan Ülken, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Fatih Ekmekçi, who was appointed as Director General of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permits and Inspection at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, at his office to congratulate him on his new position. During the visit, they exchanged views on current developments in the sector. ​

Li Bin, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ankara, visited TOBB and met with Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Bayburtlu.​

TOBB Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Bayburtlu held a consultation meeting with Ambassador Mustafa Özcan, who was appointed as the First Director of the D-8 Organization.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Houseware Council Meeting and Presidential Board Election was held in İstanbul, chaired by TOBB Executive Board Vice President Ali Kopuz.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Food Industry Council convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Council President Necdet Buzbaş, with the participation of TOBB Executive Board Member Işınsu Kestelli.​

The TOBB Türkiye Tourism Council Meeting was held online, chaired by Council President Erkan Yağcı and attended by TOBB Board Members Hakan Ülken and Ali Çandır. During the meeting, a general assessment of 2025 was made, issues awaiting resolution for 2026 were discussed, and a roadmap for the Council's work was drawn up. ​

The TOBB Türkiye Chemical Industry Council Meeting was held in Istanbul with the participation of TOBB Board Member İbrahim Burkay and TOBB Türkiye Chemical Industry Council Chairman Timur Erk.​
