Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Software Council convened at the TOBB Twin Towers on April 30, 2025 under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci to begin its work for the new term.​

The third of the TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Board Value Creating Women Entrepreneurs Meetings was held in the Eastern Anatolia Region under the chairmanship of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council President Nurten Öztürk.​

Cengiz Delibaş, Deputy Secretary General of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the May 1st Labor Awards Ceremony held at a hotel with the participation of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan.​

TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council (KGK) President Nurten Öztürk came together with students at Necmettin Erbakan University. Sharing her success story and entrepreneurship story with university students, Öztürk emphasized the importance of making a difference.​

Insurance Agents Sector Council Meeting was held at TOBB İstanbul Service Building.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Air Conditioning Council Meeting was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Council President Zeki Poyraz with the participation of TOBB Board Member Selçuk Öztürk.​

Şanlıurfa Entrepreneurship Panel Summit organized by TOBB Şanlıurfa Young Entrepreneurs Council Executive Committee with the support of Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held in cooperation with Habitat Association and GEN Türkiye. At the summit organized to support entrepreneurship and increase the awareness of young people in this field, opening speeches were made by Harran University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tahir Güllüoğlu, Şanlıurfa CCI Assembly Chairman Serhat Karadağ, Habitat Association Executive Committee Chairman and TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Council Vice Chairman Bora Caldu and TOBB Şanlıurfa Young Entrepreneurs Council Chairman Mehmet Suphi Karakuş.​

The MEGATRENDS 2030 Report Presentation Meeting on the construction and construction machinery sector was organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) in cooperation with the Association of Construction Machinery Distributors and Manufacturers of Türkiye (İMDER) and KOMATEK Fairs.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Waste and Recycling Industry Council organized a preliminary evaluation visit for the Waste Specialized OIZ planned to be established in Çeltik district of Konya.​

“Capacity Report Expert Training,” which must be taken by those who will be assigned to issue Capacity Reports among the experts on the Chamber Expert lists, was held online.​
