TOBB Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Council (GGK) 8th Region (Eastern Marmara) Joint Meeting was held on 22.06.2022 hosted by Sakarya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

The Gateway to Sustainable Trade in International Competition: Business Ethics and Compliance Practices Seminar was held online. In the seminar held on the internet in the organization of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, TOBB members and stakeholders were informed about business ethics and compliance issues and the advantages that activities in this field will provide to institutions, especially in international competition, were explained. In addition, the basic elements of an effective ethics and compliance program were mentioned and the questions of SMEs on the subject were answered at the end of the seminar.​

In cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), a workshop on “Supporting the Improvement of the Representation of Women in Boards of Directors in Turkey: Legislation and Regulations,” was held in Ankara.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Automotive Supply Industry Council meeting was held with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu under the chairmanship of Council Speaker Alper Kanca.​

In the recent period when Europe-Eurasian trade and transportation focused on Turkey, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and TOBB came together with regional transportation and logistics operators under the coordination of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and TOBB order to relay new gains in the transportation and logistics sector to the members and to discuss their problems.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Waste and Recycling Industry Council meeting was held at the Union Center in Ankara with the participation of sector representatives under the chairmanship of Council President Ali Kantur with the participation of TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç.​

The UNICEF Turkey Business Advisory Board has joined the Vocational Skills Mobilization in support of the My Profession My Life and Internship Program.​

Within the framework of the TOBB Employees Qualified Orientation Program, information was provided by Medical Director Prof. Dr. Ahmet Necati ÇANAKÇI, General Manager Mehmet AYSAL and TOBB Environment Directorate Deputy Specialist Esin ÖZARSLAN about TOBB University of Economics and Technology Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Smart Buildings Facility Management Inc. and Green Deal, respectively. ​

Within the scope of the Turkey-Germany Energy Workgroup meetings held in Ankara, a working dinner was held at the TOBB Twin Towers on June 16, 2022 in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK).​

During the first five months of the year 2022 the number of newly established Companies and the number of cooperatives increased by 16,7% and 19,2% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 13,4% with respect to the same period of the year 2021. ​
