The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the Memur-Sen Confederation’s 6th Ordinary General Assembly of International Future of Business: Challenges and Opportunities Conference.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Saban A. Karamehmetoğlu participated in the opening of the 21st Brick - Tiles Summit organized by the Association of Brick and Tile Manufacturers (TUKDER) attended by the Industry and Technology Deputy Minister Hakan Büyükdede.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Turkey Paper and Paper Products Industry Council meeting convened at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building, chaired by TOBB Board Member Engin Yeşil and Council President Erdal Sükan, with the participation of private sector representatives.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Petroleum and Petroleum Products Industry Council convened in Ankara, chaired by TOBB Board Member Engin Yeşil and Council President Ahmet Erdem, with the attendances of council members and the Revenue Commission representatives. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Economic Report Review Commission convened to examined the draft of the “2018 Economic Report” prepared to be presented at the 75th TOBB General Assembly.​

The joint meeting of the Turkey Forestry Products Council and Turkey Furniture Products Council was held with the attendances of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu and TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, under the chairmanship of TOBB Turkey Furniture Products Council President Ercan Ata and TOBB Turkey Forestry Products Council Vice President Sabri Avcı at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building. The representatives of the public, private sector and non-governmental organizations showed great interest in the meeting. ​

As a part of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) MEYBEM Vocational Qualification and Certification efforts, a “Vocational Qualifications System Awareness Training” was held at the TOBB Social Facilities aimed at Chambers and Exchanges. ​

Turkey Chemical Industry Council convened in İstanbul under the chairmanship of the Union Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu and Council President Timur Erk to discuss the developments in the chemical industry.​

Turkey Automotive Industry Council Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Council President Cengiz Erol. Vice President Osman Sever shared the information regarding 2018 business results of the sector as well as the 3-month results for 2019.​

Turkey Jewelry Industry Council convened in İstanbul to make an overall assessment of the sector with Council President İnan Altınbaş Council Members and the General Directorate of the Ministry of Commerce Export Expert Pınar Aslan attending the meeting.​
