Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Tax Advisory Board members, led by TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç, visited Revenue Administration (GİB) and extended their wishes for success to the newly appointed GİB President Bekir Bayrakdar. ​

Turkey - US Aerospace, Aviation & Defense Sectors Meeting was held at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Reception Hall. Opportunities for cooperation were discussed at the meeting which began with the opening speeches of TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz, Presidential Defense Industry Department Vice-President Serdar Demirel, US Embassy Commercial Counselor William Czajkowski, US Chamber of Commerce Middle East and Turkey Department Senior Vice President Khush Choksy, ATC Chairman General James Logan Jones and TOBB Defense Industry Sector Council President Yılmaz Küçükseyhan.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), as a part of the Chamber / Exchange accreditation system efforts, “Accreditation System Introduction Training” was held for Secretaries-General and Accreditation Officers of chambers and exchanges who are eligible to begin accreditation process in the 14th term.​

As a part of the Chamber / Exchange Accreditation System efforts, Accreditation Training, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), continued on January 30th with “ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Training.” ​

As a part of the Chamber / Exchange Accreditation System endeavors, Accreditation Trainings continued on January 29th with “Strategic Planning Training,” hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). ​

Kyrgyz Republic Economy Minister Oleg Pankratov visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and met with TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz.​

As a part of the Chamber / Exchange Accreditation System endeavors, Accreditation Trainings continued on January 28th with “Strategic Planning Training,” hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Turkey Petroleum and Petroleum Products Industry Council convened under Ahmet Erdem with the participation of industry representatives at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building to discuss the latest developments.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Turkey Civil Aviation Board Delegation visited the Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan at her offices. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), organized an information seminar for the Customs Administration of Qatar, which is a new party to the TIR Convention, and Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry officials in regards to the functioning of the TIR system and application training.​
