Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Beverage Industry Council convened to discuss sectoral issues under the chairmanship of Ozan Diren, Chairman of the Council, with the participation of Cengiz Günay, Member of the Board of Directors of TOBB, to hold the September 2024 evaluation meeting via video conference.​

Şekib Avdagiç, Vice President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, met with Inalvis Bonachea Gonzales, European Director of the Cuban Ministry of Commerce, and the accompanying delegation.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Tax Advisory Council convened via video conference on September 3, 2024, under the chairmanship of Council Chairman Fatih Dural with the participation of TOBB Council Member Zeki Kıvanç.​

The Türkiye Civil Aviation Council convened in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Şekib Avdagiç, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB, to elect the Presidium for the new term.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Hardware Industry Council convened at TOBB Twin Towers to make a general evaluation of the sector with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ender Yorgancılar and under the chairmanship of Council President Çetin Tecdelioğlu​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Glassware Council convened via video conference with the participation of Ali Kopuz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB, and under the chairmanship of Murat Kolbaşı, Chairman of the Council, to make a general evaluation of the sector.​

The fourth TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council Supreme Council Meeting was held online with the participation of Işınsu Kestelli, Member of the Council of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Nurten Öztürk, President of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council and TOBB KGK Supreme Council Members.​

The 61st Ordinary General Assembly of the TRNC Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce was held in Nicosia on August 31, 2024. On behalf of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), M. Cihat Lokmanoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Türkiye-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum, attended the General Assembly​

Within the scope of the Chamber / Commodity Exchange Accreditation System studies, Accreditation System Orientation Training was organized at TOBB on 26-27 August 2024 for Accreditation Officers and General Secretaries who were newly appointed in Accredited Chambers / Exchanges.​

The MEİS (Vocational Education Workgroup) meeting, which was held under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office, was attended by Cengiz Delibaş, Deputy Secretary General of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Aslı Parmak, Specialist of the Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department.​
