The “Capacity Report Expert Training,” which experts listed on the Chamber’s expert rosters—specifically those to be assigned to prepare Capacity Reports—were required to attend, was conducted online.​​

The TIR Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) convened via videoconference, chaired by Tamer KIRAN, Vice Chairman of the TOBB Board of Directors, with the participation of TIR Committee members.​

The TOBB Türkiye Tourism Council Meeting, held online under the chairmanship of Council President Erkan Yağcı, began with opening remarks by TOBB Board of Directors members Ali Çandır and Hakan Ülken.​

Hosted by the Aydın Chamber of Industry and featuring Egemen Batmaz from the TOBB Environment Directorate, an informational meeting titled “Green Transition and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) in Türkiye: Current Status and Next Steps” was held.​

Ahmet Nedim Erdem, Chairman of the Insurance Experts Executive Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) - the legal representative of insurance experts operating in Türkiye - provided information regarding the Smart Expert Assignment System, a pilot program set to begin on April 1 in the provinces of Bursa and Ordu for Motor Vehicle Insurance (Comprehensive and Traffic Insurance). ​​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Automotive Trade Council convened under the chairmanship of Council President Dr. Hayri Erce, with the participation of TOBB Executive Board Vice Chairman Şekib Avdagiç (responsible for the Council), TOBB Executive Board Member Tuncay Yıldırım, Ministry of Trade General Director of Domestic Trade Adem Başar, Deputy General Director Soner Kaya, and Department Head Özgür Karacaoğlu.​

Organized in collaboration between the TOBB Türkiye International Health Tourism Council and the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, the Health Tourism Aegean Regional Meeting was held in İzmir with opening remarks by İzmir Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Cemil Tugay, İzmir Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Mahmut Özgener, and TOBB Türkiye International Health Tourism Council Chairman Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgür Öztan.​

During the first two months of the year 2026 the number of newly established Companies increased by 1,9% while the number of cooperatives decreased by 24,2% and the number of sole proprietorships remained the same according to the same period of the year 2025.​

The meeting of the Food Industry Council Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was held online under the chairmanship of Council President Necdet Buzbaş, with the participation of TOBB Board Member Işınsu Kestelli.​

The "Chamber Benchmarking Tool," developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the World Chambers Federation (WCF) to provide Chambers of Commerce and Industry worldwide with access to best practices across various fields, was introduced via a webinar organized by TOBB and the ICC Türkiye National Committee in collaboration with ICC WCF.​
