TIR system applications seminar organized for Qatar customs authorities
The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), organized an information seminar for the Customs Administration of Qatar, which is a new party to the TIR Convention, and Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry officials in regards to the functioning of the TIR system and application training.

As of the end of 2018, there are 73.303 Industrial Capacity Reports which retain validity.
The number of Capacity Reports, which was 64,825 in 2017, has increased by 13,08% to 73,303 in 2018. Among the production facilities to which these reports belong, 19.27% have 1-9, 9.80% have 10-49, 9.39% have 50-99, 7.63% have 100-249 and 4.30% have more than 250 employees.
