Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Furniture Products Council meeting was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Council President Ercan Ata with the participation of TOBB Board Member Saim Özakalın, who is responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Supreme Board 2nd Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Nurten Öztürk, President of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council (KGK), with the participation of A. Saygın Baban, Head of TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department.​

Product Safety in E-commerce Workshop organized in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and the General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection of the Ministry of Trade; TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, Ministry of Trade General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection Hakkı Karabörklü, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency, Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Turkish Employment Agency took place at TOBB Twin Towers in Ankara with the participation of senior bureaucrats and Council members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Chemical Industry Council meeting was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Timur Erk, Chairman of the Council, with the physical and online participation of public institution representatives.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) in February 2025 decreased by 4% (187) compared to February 2024 and became 4,432.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of TOBB Board of Directors.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Council meeting was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of the Council President Kutlu Karavelioğlu with the participation of Mehmet Büyüksimitci, TOBB Board Member responsible for the Council.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Tax Advisory Council convened via video conference with the participation of TOBB Vice President Ender Yorgancılar and Board Member Zeki Kıvanç under the chairmanship of Council President Fatih Dural. At the meeting, current developments in tax and labor legislation affecting the business world were discussed. ​

Edvar Mum, President of TOBB Free Zones Council of Türkiye, visited Junghwan Lim, Head of the Economics Department at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Waste and Recycling Industry Council meeting was held with the participation of TOBB Board Member İbrahim Burkay.​
