Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

TOBB ETU Faculty of Engineering Mechanical Engineering Students won the world title in the aircraft engine design competition organized by the American Aerospace Institute (AIAA) for nearly 40 years.​

Trade Minister Mehmet Muş invited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Pharmaceutical Industry Council to discuss the problems of the pharmaceutical industry and to evaluate the solutions.​

In cooperation with MEB, TOBB, TOBB ETU and Global AI Hub, a program including artificial intelligence, hyper automation and machine learning trainings for high school teachers was launched.​

Chaired by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Council President Nurten Öztürk, the seventh meeting of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council was held with TOBB Antalya and TOBB Yalova Women Entrepreneurs Council with the participation of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council members and provincial council members.​

In relation to the distribution of transit documents to vehicles leaving the Esendere border crossing, the necessary preparations were completed after the training given by the International Transition Certificate Directorate to the staff of the Yüksekova Chamber of Commerce and Industry authorized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the transfer document procedures were started at the Yüksekova CCI center. ​

“Turkey-China Culture and Development Forum” was organized by the Turkey-China Business Development and Support Association at the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Congresium to mark the 50th anniversary of the start of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and Turkey.​

Chaired by Nurten Öztürk, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Council (KGK) President, the sixth meeting of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council Value Adding Women Entrepreneurs was held with with the participation of TOBB Ankara and Yozgat Women Entrepreneurs Provincial Council Executive Committee members.​

According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1088 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in July 2021.​

The number of capacity reports approved by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in July 2021 decreased by 16.3% (656 units) to 3,372 units compared to July 2020 (4,028 units).​
