Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Prior to the Turkey – Germany Mini JETCO Meeting, Deputy Minister of Commerce Gonca Yılmaz Batur and the heads of the JETCO Working Committee held a preparatory meeting.​

Within the scope of the Information Webinar for Entrepreneurs, organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and planned to last 5 weeks, the “eCommerce: From Theory to Practice” training was held for entrepreneurs.​

The Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO CCI), of which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) holds the General Secretariat, convened via video conference. Representatives of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan attended the meeting. ​

The meeting of the Turkey Ceramics and Refractor Industry Council was held under the chairmanship of Council Presidnet Zeynep Bodur Okyay with the participation of TOBB Board Member S. Selim Kandemir. Important developments for the sector were evaluated at the meeting.​

The meeting of the Turkey Soil Industry Products Council was held under the chairmanship of Council President Başoğlu with the participation of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Şaban A. Karamehmetoğlu. Important developments for the sector were evaluated at the meeting.​

The June meeting of the Turkey Durable Goods Council was held via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu and Council President Fatih Kemal Ebiclioğu.​

TOBB Turkey Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Council meeting was chaired by TOBB Vice Chairman S. Zeki Murzioğlu and Council President Dr. Mehmet Veysel Yayan.​

Ersin Kaska, Co-Chair of the Turkish-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum and Gerede Chamber of Commerce and Industry President, met with Bold Ravdan, Mongolia's Ambassador to Ankara.​

The Meeting of the Turkey Furniture Products Council was held by video conference under the chairmanship of Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, and Ercan Ata, Council Chairman.​

The Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Insurance Contracts and Insurance Contracts covered by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance published in the Official Gazette on May 09, 2020 was discussed at the meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance Bülent Aksu.​
