Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Vice President Ali Kopuz attended the Kazakhstan Business Forum in Istanbul. The business forum focused on trade and cooperation opportunities between the two countries. In addition to Kopuz, also attending the Forum were Vice President Fuat Oktay, Kazakhstan Prime Minister Askar Mamin and business representatives of both countries.​

The 26th Transportation Electronic Monitoring and Inspection System and Digital Tachograph Data Analysis Project regional information seminars were held at TOBB by TOBB and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the 10th Turkish Business Association (İŞKUR) Ordinary General Assembly. Faik Yavuz said here that he is confident that important decisions to increase employment and prevent unemployment will be taken during the General Assembly. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has achieved another first in international representation. TOBB TIR and ATA Report Card Manager Aslı Çalık was elected Vice President of the Geneva-based International Road Transport Association (IRU).​

The “Personal Data Protection Law and Data Officers Registry Information System (VERBIS)” Training for Instructors program was held aimed at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) chamber and commodity exchange representatives.​

In cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the U.S. Embassy in Ankara, the Undersecretariat for Commerce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the “Doing Business Seminar in the United States” was held.​

The meeting on how the private insurance coffers established under the provisional Article 20 of The Law No. 506 can provide the combined declaration of informants and premium services was held at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

The 25th regional information seminar on Transportation Electronic Monitoring and Inspection System and Digital Tachograph Data Analysis Project was hosted by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

The first meeting of the Export Workgroup was held on October 29th, 2019 at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) prepared a special film for its 70th anniversary and October 29th Republic Day. The film, which includes the services TOBB, its subsidiaries and chamber-exchanges provide to its members, ends with images of The Republic's founder, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and the words, “Today is the greatest holiday, rejoice.”​
