Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The meeting of the Turkish Forestry Products Council was held via video conference under the chairmanship of Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), and Sabri Avci, Council Deputy Chairman.​

TOBB Tax Advisory Board convened on April 28th, 2020 via video conference under the chairmanship of Board Chairman Fatih Dural with the participation of Tamer Kıran, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Zeki Kıvanç, member of the TOBB Board of Directors.​

The Economic Report Review Commission convened to examine the 2019 Economic Report draft prepared by the Directorate of Financial and Social Policies, chaired by Commission Chairman Ferhat Çağlayan, with the participation of Engin Yeşil, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

The Meeting of the Presidential Council of the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES) took place via video conference. The EUROCHAMBRES Presidential Council, of which the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) holds the office of Vice President, consists of Germany, Austria, France, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Czechia and Turkey.​

The Meeting of the Turkey Cement and Cement Products Council was held via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Şaban Aziz Karamehmetoğlu and Council President Tamer Saka.​

The Meeting of the Turkey Leather and Leather Products Industry Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey was held via video conference with the participation of non-governmental organizations and members of the council under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç.​

The joint meeting of the Turkey Textile Industry Council and the Turkey Garment and Apparel Industry Council was held by video conference with the participation of Deputy Health Minister Halil Eldemir, TOBB Board Members Zeki Kıvanç, Suat Selim Kandemir, Öztürk Oran and DMO General Manager Mücahit Özdemir.​

The Covid-19 Information Seminar of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU) Faculty of Medicine, was conducted through webinar.​

The Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), in line with the demands of its members and Chambers due to the Coronavirus outbreak which is effective in Turkey, has decided to extend the validity periods of industrial capacity reports again.​

Turkish-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum, 1st Turkish Side Meeting was held online under the chairmanship of Ersin Kaska, Co-Chair of the Turkish-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum and President of Gerede Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​
