The first Aegean Regional Meeting of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council was held online.​

During the first two months of the year 2024 the number of newly established Companies and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 12,2% and 28,9% while the number of cooperatives increased by 8,3% according to the same period of the year 2023.​

Seyit Ardıç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the 10th Traditional Iftar Dinner of the Embassy of Hungary hosted by Viktor Mátis, Ambassador of Hungary to Ankara.​

TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council Vice President, Western Mediterranean Regional Representative and TOBB Antalya Women Entrepreneurs Council President Serap Kocaoğlu informed about the issues she is responsible for in the new period.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Pharmaceutical Industry Council and the delegation headed by Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Pharmaceutical Network Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, came together in Istanbul for a cooperation meeting and factory visits.​

Zeki Kıvanç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Davron Vakhabov, President of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the accompanying delegation of business people.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Waste and Recycling Industry Council visited Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Fatma Varank in her office under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç. The delegation informed about the latest situation of the sector and gave information about the current problems. ​

Bahri Can Çalıcıoğlu, Special Counselor to the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Olga Fedulova, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Omsk Region of the Russian Federation.​

The “Disaster Solutions Acceleration Program” was held on March 11-12 at TOBB Social Facilities under the auspices of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) with the aim of bringing together startups that develop products or services to support the solution of problems experienced by society before, during and after disasters with potential partners, mentors, customers and investors.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Chamber/Exchange Council Members Information Seminar, covering the days of March 9-10, 2024, started at TOBB Twin Towers. TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, in his speech at the opening of the seminar, wished the participants success and stated that information about the institutional structure and affiliates of TOBB will be given in the seminar. ​
