Vocational Education Forum held in Antalya
Vocational Education Forum was held in Antalya on 21-22 November 2023 within the scope of the Operation on Improving the Quality of Vocational and Technical Education through the Establishment of Sectoral Centers of Excellence, financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye, the operation beneficiary is the Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education and the contracting authority is the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Department of European Union Financial Assistance.

Zeki Poyraz renewed confidence at the Acclimatization Council
The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Acclimatization Council Meeting was held at TOBB Şefik Tokat Meeting Hall under the chairmanship of Selçuk Öztürk, TOBB Board Member responsible for the Council. Selçuk Öztürk, while emphasizing the value-added work done by the Türkiye Acclimatization Council, informed that the Council was supported with new members in the new term in order to make the Council’s work more active and efficient, and thanked the Council Presidium and Council members for the work done so far.

TOBB Turkey Creative Industries Council hosted the delegation of the Ministry of Civilization of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ankara
The cooperation meeting between the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Creative Industries Council and a delegation from the Ministry of Civilization of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Council President Ali Ata Kavame, with the participation of Orxan Sadıqov, Reşad Azizov and their teams from the Azerbaijani government, Mehmet Günay, Deputy Director General for Foreign Promotion and Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Selçuk Yavuzkanat, Deputy Director General for Cinema of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Emire Çete, Head of Department, Duygu Yaygır, Head of Cultural Services and Creative Industries Department of the General Directorate of International Service Trade of the Ministry of Trade, and private sector representatives.

Within the scope of the Project for the Establishment of a Business Dialogue Platform between Türkiye and the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and in cooperation with Adana Chamber of Industry, Aydın Chamber of Commerce, Eskişehir Chamber of Industry and Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a visit was made to Türkiye with the participation of relevant institutions/organizations and private sector representatives from 10 ASEAN member countries.

The Medical Device Regulation (MDR) Information Panel was hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Medical Council in Ankara with the participation of TOBB Board Member Seyit Ardıç, Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) Officials, Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) Officials, Ministry of Trade General Directorate of Export Officials, non-governmental organizations and private sector representatives from various cities.
