Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

In his opening remarks, TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci spoke about the importance of the sector to the country and noted that the public awareness of the sector is increasing every day.

Referring to the pandemic, Büyüksimitci said, “We are confident that with the decisive efforts of our government and our nation, we will survive this global problem with the least damage.”

In addition, it was unanimously decided to establish within the Council a third subcommittee called Local Institutional Investors, and which would be chaired by Ak Portfolio Management Inc. Deputy General Manager Göktürk Işıkpınar.

Current issues in the sector were discussed at the meeting.
