TOBB Vice President Ali Kopuz said in his opening remarks that the council meeting will be more information-heavy on e-commerce. Kopuz emphasized the importance of companies integrating into this process and carrying out sales abroad using these channels for TOBB.

During the first part of the meeting, information was presented about the “Professional Education Cooperation Protocol” signed between TOBB and the Ministry of National Education.

Founder of Atlı Global, Altay Atlı, gave a presentation on “Cooperation with China in the Field of Digital Trade.”

In the last part of the meeting, up-to-date information about fairs was shared after the China International Import Fair, which was held on November 5-10 by Guangzhou Trade Attaché Serdar Afsar and Beijing Trade Chief Minister Hakan Kızartıcı. There were also consultations on the rapidly developing e-commerce sector in China and projects which can be developed on a sectoral basis.

The next council meeting is scheduled for December.
