Speaking at the meeting, Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan said they had not abandoned their values, traditions and where they came from when implementing plans for where to go tomorrow.
Pekcan said that with the transition to the information age and the period described as an information society, both private sector business processes and the shape of public services in the world have become digitized, and they are aware that they can only match this speed by creating digital transformations in the way they do business and in business processes.
Pekcan stated that the goals will be achieved by increasing domestic and national added value with research and development activities, innovation, technology-oriented approaches and that this competition is designed far beyond being a competition where only those who are awarded the degree are rewarded.
“Digikamp Digital Transformation Competition is a collaboration with our Ministry where all entrepreneurs who will participate in the competition will join hands and work to uncover new approaches to digital transformation and to reveal projects that will make a difference. Such qualified competitions, special programs and projects are needed to accelerate digital transformation.”
