Earthquake-Disaster Workgroup meeting held

In 2020, as a country, the pandemic was fought as it was all over the world, while many earthquakes, fires, floods, avalanches, etc. were fought along with human-caused disasters such as natural disasters and cyber-attacks.​
In this context, “Earthquake-Disaster Workgroup" was established by TOBB in order to raise awareness about possible disasters for the Chambers/Exchanges themselves and their members and to ensure that they start the necessary work immediately. The first meeting of the workgroup consisting of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu, Istanbul Chamber of Industry President Erdal Bahçıvan and Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce Rahmi Kula was held.
The meeting drew a roadmap for future activities on earthquake and disaster preparedness.
