On the second day of the Summit, which began with the XI Corporate Governance Awards Ceremony, IFC Europe and Central Asia Corporate Governance Leader Merima Zupcevic gave a speech explaining the basic principles of how to implement corporate governance in SMEs.

Then, in the “Creating Value - Evaluating Turkey's Place in Sustainable Business and Turkey's International Indices in Terms of Corporate Governance,” panel moderated by TOBB Presidential Advisor and Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department Head Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, Presidential Investment Office Vice President Ahmet ihsan Erdem and Turkey's Central Development Bank General Manager Ece Bör attended as panelists and presented their views.

Following the panel part of the program, EBRD Legal Transformation Team Executive Legal Counsel Pavle Djuric gave his speech on “Next Step in Corporate Governance, Development Areas.”
