Turkey Medical Council participated in the U.S. Personal Protective Equipment Trade Fair

The U.S. State Department held the U.S. Health Connect Personal Protective Equipment Trade Fair online with the participation of surgical mask and surgical gown manufacturers.​

In the first round of the fair, which is expected to focus on different products in the future, U.S. government representatives and representatives of hospitals, health companies, purchasing organizations met with producers from Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Portugal. 

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Marcia S. Bernicat delivered the keynote speech at the event, which was attended by TOBB Turkey Medical Council President Levent Mete Özgürbüz and Turkey Medical Council Member Emre Demir, representing Turkey.
