The first meeting of the Mediation Board was held under the chairmanship of Hakan Öztatar, Director General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, with the participation of Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, TOBB Presidential Advisor and Head of the Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department. The council met with the agenda of evaluating the problems and solutions of the mediation institution, evaluating the status of the mediators who have been audited and reading the Arbitration Activity Report for 2020.
