At the meeting, chaired by Ömer Kumova, co-chair of the Turkey-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum, members were briefed on the structure and working procedures of the Turkey-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum after the opening speech.
Addressing members at the opening of the meeting, Ömer Kumova briefed them on economic relations between Turkey and Kosovo and the investment environment in Kosovo. The members who spoke at the meeting introduced themselves and expressed their problems and demands in their relations with Kosovo.
The Turkey-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum was established in 2020 by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC). The President and members of the Turkish wing of the Chamber are appointed by TOBB, and the Kosovan wing is appointed by the KCC. Annual economic summits, joint board meetings, business forums, business meetings and efforts to improve Turkey-Kosovo business relations are the main areas of work at the Turkey-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum.
