It was stated that it would be useful to carry out a technical study on the licenses of waste oil refined plants. It was decided to organize a meeting with ministry officials on waste mineral oil regulation.

During the meeting, the issue of Volatile Organic Compounds was discussed again and it was reported that it would be useful to make a visit to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization officials where the issue would be conveyed.
