Nuray Serdaroğlu Erbil and Gökhan Özçubuk, Head of the Directorate General of Transportation Services Regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Kerim Cicioğlu, Deputy Head of Traffic of the Directorate General of Police, 1^st Class Police Chief Ümit Mutlu, attended the meeting and listened to the problems.

At the meeting, Council Member and General Secretary of the Automotive Dealers Association (OYDER) Çınar Noyan explained the difficulties of VAT stoppage, Turkish Insurance Association (TSB) Deputy Secretary General Şenol Şentürk, TSB Finance Accounting Committee Member Türkan Bayraktar, TSB Finance Accounting Committee Member Seza Tanınmış Özgür and TSB Coordinator Ahmet Engin spoke about the issue.

Finally, Council Member Hayrettin Ertemel shared with the members the problems experienced by used automotive companies on the tender platforms and it was decided to call in representatives of digital tender platforms at the next meeting to work on the issue.
