Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yavuz Selim Kıran, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Özgül Özkan Yavuz, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ankara Liu Shaobin, President of the Council of Chambers of Commerce of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and President of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Gürsel Baran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the China Business Development and Support Association of Turkey İhsan Beşer attended the forum as speakers. In addition, Chinese Deputy Minister of Commerce Ren Hongbin, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Mines and Chemicals of the People's Republic of China Jiang Hui, President of the Food and Livestock Agriculture Import Export Chamber of Commerce of the People's Republic of China Cao Derong, attended via video conference.

Gürsel Baran, President of the Council of Chambers of Commerce of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and President of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, stated that it is important to establish higher trade volume, higher quality and higher value-added economic cooperation with China and that they will continue to support the development of trade and economic relations between Turkey and China.
