Attending the meeting presided over by the Economy Ministry Undersecretary Ahmet Yakıcı were: Labor and Social Security Ministry Undersecretary V. Namık Ata, Prime Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Özer Kontoğlu, Science, Industry and Technology Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Hüseyin Rahmi Çetin, Justice Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Kenan Özdemir, Economy Ministry Deputy Undersecretary İbrahim Şenel, Environment and Urbanism Ministry Deputy Undersecretary İrfan Uzun, Customs and Commerce Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Mehmet Güzel, Energy Ministry Deputy Undersecretary İlker Sert, Transportation, Maritime and Communication Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Mustafa Fırat, Development Ministry Deputy Undersecretary Cüneyd Düzyol, Treasury Deputy Undersecretary Burhanettin Aktaş, SPK Vice President Bekir Şafak, TPE Vice President Ahmet Koçer, Turkey Investment Support and Promotion Agency Vice President Mustafa. Attending the meeting on behalf of the private sector were TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, TİM Secretary General Şahin Oktay, YASED Secretary General Özlem Özyiğit and TÜSİAD Deputy Secretary General Hale Altan. Also attending the meeting were public and private sector institution/establishment representatives.
After the opening speech by the Economy Ministry Undersecretary Ahmet Yakıcı, according to the briefings by Technical Committee Presidents, various action plans were voted on. Following the suggestions of NGOs regarding the action plans, it was moved to present said action plans for the approval of the Coordination Council for the Improvement of Investment Environment.
