At the meeting, it was stated that the launch of the scholarship program to be provided to the students will be held on December 1, 2021 by Metin Duruk, who chairs the Committee, by providing information about the current studies of İstanbul Avcılar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.

It was stated that the details of this issue should be determined by meeting with the relevant institutions again about the efforts carried out on professional engineering and professional insurance.

The latest issues made in cooperation with TOBB Legal Consultancy were raised regarding the protocol prepared for the Distinguished Lecturers Group.

It was decided to meet with the heads of the Workgroup in Antalya at the sector meeting to be held in Antalya by providing information about the workgroups operating under the Council’s umbrella.

The importance of participation was emphasized by providing information about the Sector meeting to be held in November.

After the meeting, a visit was made to Xinjiang OIZ Model Factory with Council Members. Councilors who were informed about the Model Factory then toured the factory.

As Turkey's first Competency and Digital Transformation Center (ASO Model Factory) in the factory, lean production-based experiential trainings (theoretical and practical) and Learn-Transform Programs combined with field coaching practices of these trainings are carried out regularly. Currently, the 5^th Learn-Transform Program is underway, and the 6^th Learn-Transform Program will be launched in January 2022.
