The meeting was organized with the participation of Günseli Özen, Vice President of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, Ferhan Sağım, Vice President of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Melike Yüksel, Member of the Board of Directors of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Ayşen Ahi, President of TOBB Gaziantep Women Entrepreneurs Council, Arçelik Retail Academy and Beko executives. In the program, details were conveyed in a special panel for those who want to become dealers within the scope of Beko 100 Women Dealer project.

Günseli Özen, Vice President of the Board of Women Entrepreneurs of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, started by sending her loving greetings to the participants on behalf of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council President Nurten Öztürk, “‎As TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, we have three distinct responsibilities.‎ The first is to make women's power sustainable, that is, to keep the strong woman strong. The second is to help new entrepreneurial women to emerge. Finally, to contribute to the increase in the number of blue and white collar women in industry and commerce. Beko 100 Women's Dealer project serves all three purposes. Women should always be there for each other, supporting each other in everything. As TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, we try to do this. Indeed, woman is the woman's sanctuary.”

TOBB Gaziantep Women Entrepreneurs Council President Ayşen Ahi started by thanking those who contributed and participated, “I find the Beko 100 Women Dealer project implemented by TOBB and Beko to increase the number of women entrepreneurs very meaningful. In this society, where half the population is women, the women workforce unfortunately falls far below the desired level. Our goal is to increase the number of our women entrepreneurs and encourage them to become entrepreneurs. Under the umbrella of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, we have been producing projects for 12 years to increase the number of women entrepreneurs in our city. We support our women who produce at home. 9 years ago, we started with 30 women who produced at home and today we reached 260 women. We provide support to these women by providing training on branding, e-commerce, design hygiene. With KAGİDEM, we opened an entrepreneurship incubation center for women. We have 28 jobs now. Our goal is to support our women who say, 'I have an idea, I want to trade, I want to produce'. We invite these women to the incubation center and mentor them in the subjects they need. After 2 years of support, our women start their business life on their own two feet, while we welcome new women to our incubation center. We're having career days for our college girls. We bring together our business women and daughters who will be role models for them to give them the courage to 'we did it and so can you.’ We also provide internship opportunities for them.”

“As Beko, we always support and stand by women's participation in the business world. We are happy to be in Gaziantep with the face-to-face trainings we would love to carry out within the scope of the Heroines of Entrepreneurship Project in this way that we aim to support and empower entrepreneurial women. The primary goal of this project is to be able to fill their courage in business life with education and to help women get their rightful place in business life in a safe, competitive and equipped way. Since it is integrated with our 100 Women Dealer Project, I would like to share that we will be happy to join us that our door is open to the entrepreneurial women of Eastern Anatolia who want to become Beko dealers after the trainings.”
