The TMSP 4^th High Level Referral Meeting attended by Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, Head of Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department from TOBB and Nazlı Akgün from the SME Research and Consultancy Center Directorate, was attended at a high level from the relevant institutions and organizations as well as the private sector.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Aliye Ahu Akgün from İstanbul Technical University presented the Spatial Strategy Plan of Turkey and consulted with the stakeholders. The Turkey Spatial Strategy Plan is expected to guide how the country's space will be used and developed by 2053.

Within the scope of the Spatial Strategy Plan, Turkey has determined the vision of “Inclusive, livable, innovative, competitive, sensitive to climate change and disasters, resilient and sustainable.” In the light of the 2053 Vision, strategic objectives, strategies and actions were produced which protect the natural environment, ensure ecological balance and economic competition, and take care of social development in the integrity of the country. With the contributions of all stakeholders, Turkey will develop within the scope of the set vision in the period up to 2053.
