Trade registry directorates MERSİS signature data and authorization acceptance procedures module training

In order to increase the speed of service and improve the quality of service offered in the rooms, “MERSİS Signature Data and Authorization Acceptance Procedures Module Training” was carried out online on 22.02.2022 with the participation of TOBB and Ministry of Commerce General Directorate of Internal Trade and 550 personnel from 238 trade registry directorates.
These applications are planned to be commissioned in all trade registry directorates as of 01.03.2022.
- Application commissioned as a pilot application in ATO
Within the scope of Article 40 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the signature data of the persons authorized to sign on behalf of the company/business in MERSİS were obtained electronically and recorded in the trade registry file, and the “Authorization Acceptance Transactions” module was created by the Ministry of Commerce as a result of the studies in which TOBB representatives participated in their analysis.
As of 08.02.2022, the application prepared for the provision of signature data of the persons authorized to represent and the electronic execution of authorization acceptance procedures was commissioned as a pilot in the Ankara Chamber of Commerce Trade Registry Directorate.
